Does anyone know what this symbol means? It's most commonly used to signify disabled people and allow them rock star parking. However, most recently, I saw one of these symbols on a placard and license plate and I interpretted it as meaning:
I'M A FUCKING ASSHOLE AND WILL TAILGATE YOU, AND NOT COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, AND DRIVE VERY FAST!
