What is wrong with these names?

Executive Officers
Richard L. Federico
Chairman/Chief Executive Officer

Robert T. Vivian
President - P.F. Chang’s China Bistro

Russell G. Owens
Executive Vice President - P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and President - Pei Wei Asian Diner

Kristina K. Cashman
Chief Financial Officer/Secretary

If you haven't noticed, they run P.F. Changs. I vowed never to eat there because of the lack of Asian presence, but was invited to go for a birthday dinner. Granted, the food is pretty good, however, I was able to peek into the kitchen and the majority of cooks were Hispanic. About 80% of the floor staff are Caucasian. Which makes me wonder, how can a restaurant serve Chinese food when it is run by white people?

Just another example of greedy people making money off of an Asian tradition and concept. It's no wonder that the majority of people dining there were not of Asian descent, except for a few white-washed ones.

Why shouldn't white people run a Chinese-food restaurant? Does the taste of the food differ so dramatically depending on the race of those who own the restaurant? You are a racist.
