I met with my new director today and basically I was told that I exibited "conduct unbecoming of an officer." So I now have to plead my case to an advisory committee and they will determine if I will be reinstated and where I will be stationed. On a bright note, I was told that what I had done was not the worst thing that they've seen. However, my language was very colorful, but in a bad way.
If I am to lead, I must set an example. I could always use this situation as a learning tool for others.
